b. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Network Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, and unique identifiers (such as Advertising ID or IDFA).
- App Activity: Anonymous analytics on how you use the app features to help us improve our services.
- Geolocation Data: Inferred location via IP address (even if device location services are disabled) to optimize connection quality.

- Performing Our Services: To process your live translation sessions, provide real-time AI translations (transcriptions), handle billing and subscriptions, and offer customer support.

General Retention
We may retain your general account information for up to three (3) years after you stop using our Services, or as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Important Notice on Call Data & Transcriptions:
Text data and translation session data (including call history, text records, and AI transcriptions) are retained for a maximum of five (5) months, after which they are permanently erased from our systems.
If you manually delete your transcriptions or history records within the app, they are immediately removed from our systems and become inaccessible. We recommend exporting your data if you need to keep it longer.

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to:
