For the best experience, please speak clearly and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Our AI models work best when there is minimal background noise.
Is my voice data private?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your voice data is processed securely through our AI providers strictly for real-time translation and is not used to train public models. Transcriptions are only stored for a limited time (up to 5 months) and you can delete them anytime.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to the Settings screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google Account used to make the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → TrueSay → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → TrueSay → Cancel
