Welcome to TrueSay! TrueSay provides you with access to its mobile applications and other services (the "Services"). Anyone who accesses or uses our Services is subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). By using any of our services or by subscribing to them, you accept these Terms of Service.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that you will not:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, TrueSay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not rent, sell, lease, or sublicense the Services.
TrueSay considers the owner of the email address or other login identifier associated with your account to be the sole owner of the account. You are solely responsible for all transactions made through the account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
You can sign up for our service and purchase subscriptions or credits through third-party platforms (like Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment processing is handled by these platform providers.
You can cancel your subscription and recurring payments at any time by following the instructions in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
TrueSay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, alleged errors or inaccuracies in AI translations, transcriptions, lost call data, connection delays, or any information provided by third-party vendors.
We strongly recommend that you make adequate backup copies of any transcripts or call records you wish to keep. TrueSay assumes no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data maintained or transmitted by the Service.
To resolve any dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters eligible for small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
